Synchronising Beds24.com with your Flipkey calendar
Capabilities
Beds24.com can export inventory.
Beds24 provides a specially constructed calendar file which flipkey polls for updates.
Limitations
Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the flipkey system. Bookings cannot be imported and must be manually entered into Beds24.com.
You will need to routinely log in to flipkey and respond to your enquiries.
Setup
Beds24.com: Enable the flipkey synchroniser and enable inventory export for the desired rooms by ticking the check boxes. Identify the Beds24 room number id for each room. You will find this on the Room Description settings page.
Flipkey.com: Log in to Flipkey and enter the following URL for your room calendar. Replace 9999 with the Beds24 room id number of your room.
