This page is about the menu  (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > VRBO > PROMOTIONS and explains how to manage VRBO promotions directly in Beds24.

Promotion Types

Early Booking

• Booking window: Travelers must book between 60 and 500 days before check-in
• Discount range: 1% to 75%
• Advance booking window: VRBO recommends specifying minimum and maximum days before check-in

Last Minute

• Booking window: Travelers must book between 1 and 30 days before check-in
• Discount range: 1% to 75%
• Advance booking window: VRBO recommends specifying minimum and maximum days before check-in

Mobile Only

• Discount range: 1% to 75%

Member Only

For members of the OneKey loyalty program.

Note that gold member discounts are also displayed to platinum members.

• Discount range: 1% to 75%

How to Apply Discounts

Single Discount

A flat percentage applied to all nights of the stay.

• Available for: Early Booking, Last Minute, Mobile Only promotions
• You set one discount percentage that applies to the entire stay

Member Tier Discount

Discount based on the traveler's membership level.

• Only for: Member Only promotions
• You select one tier (Blue, Silver, or Gold) and set the discount for that tier

Day of Week Discount

Different discount percentages for each day of the week.

• Available for: Early Booking, Last Minute, Mobile Only promotions
• Discount range: 0% to 75% per day
• Set 0% for days where you don't want to offer a discount

Multi-Night Discount

You can optionally apply your discount to specific nights instead of all nights:

• Applicable Night: Choose which night to discount (between 2nd and 28th night)
• Recurring: Choose whether the discount repeats every N nights
• Example: If you set Applicable Night to 3 with Recurring enabled:
  • Discount applies to the 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th nights, etc.
• Example: If you set Applicable Night to 3 without Recurring:
  • Discount applies only to the 3rd night
• Can be combined with any discount type (Single, Day of Week, or Member Tier)

Other Information

Managing Promotions

• Promotion type cannot be changed after you create it
• Promotions cannot be deleted - set status to Inactive to turn them off
• Maximum promotion period: Up to 500 days

Promotion Display Priority

When multiple promotions exist, VRBO shows them in this order:

1. Early Booking or Last Minute promotions

2. Member Only promotions

3. Mobile Only promotions

4. Length-of-stay discounts (weekly or monthly)
