This sets which of the available offers the rate applies to. If you are showing only one offer leave the default value.
Change ONLY if you are using multiple offers (SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> ROOMS -> OFFERS ) to offer multiple prices (e.g. standard rate/non refundable rate, packages). Select which offer this rate should apply to.
