2 Limitations
- Beds24 can only send prices for the availability request The costs for the booking is calculated by the prices set in Atraveo. You will need to enter these prices in the Atraveo extranet.
- All data transfers are initiated by Atraveo, we have no influence over how often they update their calendar.
- Booking cancellations or modifications cannot be imported
3 Atraveo
Atraveo calls rented units properties. "Properties" in Atraveo connect to "Rooms" in Beds24.
Atraveo does not supply codes for your listed properties. You need to create the codes yourself. For each property in Atraveo set the "Your internal property number:" setting to the Beds24 room id number this property will connect to.
1. Go to the menu Interfaces -> Inventory Interface (or "Vacancy interface") and enter the URL supplied by the Beds24 channel manager settings.
2. Go to the menu Interfaces -> Booking Interface and enter the URL supplied by the Beds24 channel manager settings. Multiple properties in one Atraveo account
Replace the property id in the URL with your owner ID. Example:
https://www.beds24.com/api/atraveo.de/inventory.php?propid=3103
change to: https://www.beds24.com/api/atraveo.de/inventory.php?ownerid=266
You can find your owner ID in SETTINGS->ACCOUNT.
4 Beds24.com
For the Room Code setting enter the value from the Atraveo "Your internal property number:" setting (normally your Beds24 room id number)
Select the required functions using the check boxes and save.

6 Disconnect
- Unticking "Inventory" and "Prices" and "Bookings" will stop the synchronisation for a room.
- Log into your Atraveo extranet and delete the Beds24 URL.
