The If the booking comes from a channel normally the channel confirms the booking with the guest. so Beds24 will not sent send a confirmation messageEmail. If you want to send one as well you can set up an Auto Action Email. A template is available which you can further customize. Use the context help (?Icons) in the Auto Action and on the help page (click on HELP in the top right menu) for further instructions.
