An Auto Actions are Action is a pre-canned emails which can be sent manually or programmed to be sent automatically to guests at specific times after the booking was made, before arrival or after departure.
In SETTINGS -> GUEST MANAGEMENT -> AUTO ACTIONS you can define a number of pre-canned standard reply emails with a subject and text. The Emails can contain [[Template Variables]] to include information specific to the booking in the email, for example the guests name or the arrival date.
