An Auto Action is a pre-canned emails an action which can be sent manually or programmed to be sent automatically occur at a time relative to guests at specific times after the booking was being made, before arrival check in date or after departurecheck out date.
In SETTINGS -> GUEST MANAGEMENT -> AUTO ACTIONS you The action can define be a number of pre-canned standard reply emails with email sent to the guest or a subject and textfixed email address or a change to booking information. The Emails can contain [[Template Variables]] to include information specific to the booking in the email, for example the guests name or the arrival date.
*To send Emails automatically you need to set up your outgoing Email address in SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT -> OUTGOING EMAIL.
