- Booking API / Email Smart: If the "Mail & Action" tab in the booking contains a "real" Email address or no EMail address the message is sent to this Email address from the Email set up in (SETTINGS) > ACCOUNT > OUTGOING EMAIL. If only a masked Email address is available the message sends via the channels API messaging system (only for bookings from channels for which API messaging is supportet and activated).
- Booking API / Email: This option attempts to send via API Messaging first (only for bookings from channels for which API messaging is supportet and activated). If this fails it sends the message is sent to the address in the "Mail &Action" tab from the Email set up in (SETTINGS) > ACCOUNT > OUTGOING EMAIL.
- Booking Email will send from the Email set up in (SETTINGS) > ACCOUNT > OUTGOING EMAIL to the Email address from the "Mail & Action" tab in the booking
- Guest Email will send the Email address in the "Guests" tab in the booking. If no guests has been added the Email will send to the Email address from the "Mail & Action" tab in the booking
- Internal Only: The Email will send to the Email address entered in the field "Internal Email Address". The template variable [PROPERTYEMAIL] can be used to sent to the property Email address. This field can only contain ONE valid Email address, multiple Email address's are not supported.
