Open the booking and go to the "Messages" tab or click on the message on the dashboard to open the thread.
There is a hard limit for attachments, the limit is 2MB per message and make sure the attachment is in a supported file type.

=Supported OTA's =
Expedia supports attachments in JPG, GIF, PNG and PDF format.
==VRBO Vrbo==You can communicate with VRBO Vrbo guests directly from Beds24.
VRBO Vrbo allows links but does not support HTML therefore we recommend you add a plain text version to your Auto Actions.
The messages will be added to the VRBO Vrbo reservation message thread.
VRBO Vrbo supports attachments in PDF, JPG, PNG, and GIF format.
