After the Time Window has elapsed Based on other settings the Auto action will no longer may or may not be able to triggerat this time.
The If it has not triggered or it is set to allow repeats, the Auto action is routinely rechecked for up to the Time Window begins at period after the initial Trigger Timetrigger allowed start time.
