Email templates Auto Actions are pre-canned emails which can be sent manually or programmed to be sent automatically to guests at specific times after the booking was made, before arrival or after departure.
In SETTINGS -> GUEST MANAGEMENT -> TEMPLATE EMAILS AUTO ACTIONS you can define a number of pre-canned standard reply emails with a subject and text. The Emails can contain [[Template Variables]] to include information specific to the booking in the email, for example the guests name or the arrival date.
*To send Emails automatically you need to set up your outgoing Email address in SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT -> OUTGOING EMAIL.
