To use this integration you need to have an account with Aipex.
1 General Information
AIPEX provides an AI-driven guest engagement platform for hotels and vacation rental properties. Their on-site Guest Portal device enables hosts to raise the bar on guest experience, optimize turnovers, generate incremental revenue, drive occupancy and delight customers.
2 Setup
To use the connection you need to allow API access which will allow Operto to import your properties and bookings from Beds24.
Step 1. Allow API access
- Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS.
- Enter a 16 character API key into the API Key field. (You choose the APIKey. Create a random code, any combination of letters/numbers)
- Set 'API Key Access' = 'allow any IP'.
- Set 'Allow Writes' = No
- SAVE
Make note of the API key as you’ll need this later to connect your account in the AIPEX Portal.
Step 2. Set your property keys
- Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS.
- Add a 'propKey' your propKey should be at least 16 characters or longer and unique (you can not use the same key more than once.
- SAVE
- Repeat for each property you want to connect.
Step 3: Activate in Aipex
Login to the AIPEX Virtual Concierge portal, and choose Account > Integrations, and click ‘Activate’ under Beds24.
3 How it works:
By connecting Beds24 with your AIPEX properties, you will enable the flow of guest reservation data between systems. This will in turn allow you to leverage all of the calendar integration features provided by the AIPEX Virtual Concierge such as automated host welcome cards, personalized greetings and more.
