Import bookings manually

This Page explains how to import bookings from a .csv file

Do not use this method for upcoming bookings from Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia because you can import them directly from the channel.

Via the .csv import can import a maximum of 100 bookings at a time.

The import is designed for upcoming bookings but you can import bookings up to one year in the past.

Carefully check which bookings will be imported. If you have upcoming bookings on Airbnb, Booking.com Expedia make sure you import them directly from the channels and do not duplicate them.

For Booking.com, Airbnb and Expedia we have the option to automatically import all upcoming bookings directly from the channel. We recommend to use this method because for bookings imported directly we will then be able to automatically import changes. These options are available in (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB MAPPING / BOOKING.COM / EXPEDIA after you have connected the channels. Use the channel help pages for instructions.
