API Functions for Booking.com
This page explains how to develop an API-only connectivity with Booking.com

1 Usecase

You are a PMS, Booking Engine or Property Managemant company and want to offer your cusotmers connectivity with Booking.com via Beds24 without them having to log into Beds24.

Your developer develops the integration between your system and Beds24.

2 Overview

With an API based connectivity solution for Booking.com login to Beds24 for setup and booking management is not required. All actions and functions can be used via API. If required this function is available as white label option.

3 Functions

3.1 Property Creation in Beds24

You can create your Beds24 properties via our API.

3.2 Mapping

To update your Booking.com listings they need to be mapped to the corresponding room in Beds24. Mapping can be done via our API.

3.3 Listing Creation on Booking.com

If you have properties which are not yet listed on Booking.com you have the option to create them from Beds24 instead of manually setting them up in the Booking.com extranet.

If the properties are listed on Airbnb you can use our certified Airbnb connection to import the listings from Airbnb, make some required adjustments and send them from Beds24 to Booking.com.

3.4 Bookings

Booking.com will send the bookings to Beds24. You can either pull them, we push them to you or you can use a combination of pull and push.

3.5 Price and Availability Sync

Prices and availability can be updated via API.

3.6 Messaging

Beds24 integrates with Booking.coms messaging API. If you wish you can message with guests via our API.

3.7 Reporting

You can report invalid credit cards, no-shows, changes in stay dates and guests misconduct via our API to Booking.com.
