Limitations
Adding and removing columns from the list, will reset the order of the columns. Ensure you add/remove the columns before re-ordering the columns.
Select Properties
By default the last property you have checked will be the property in the list.
Click on the Property list to select/deselect the properties.
Click "Apply" to save the changes.
Set Date Range
Select the first date for the booking list, then select the period from the drop down list.
Click "Apply" to save the changes.
Customize
Columns
To add/remove columns from the view, click on "View£ then Columns, tick/untick the columns for your view.
To reorder the columns, scroll to the column and then drag to the left or right to reposition in your list.
Add/remove the columns for your view then reorder the columns, if you change the columns, then you will need to reorder the columns again.
Date Type
To order the data based on the Date type, from the "View", scroll down to Date Type and select from the options, Check in, Check out, Booking date or staying.
Booking Status
Select the Booking status to be included in the list/view.
Views
You can save multiple views so you can access them later via the "Views" Button.
Under "Views" you can save your customization so you can use them later.
Views can also be changed or deleted. "Reset" will restore the default. These options are available when you click on the views button.
Click "Apply" to save the changes.
Export data
Select the data in the view then click on one of the Export icons to export the data to your device.
- Copy - to your clipboard
- Excel, CSV, PDF, will create files on your device.
