Setting/propertiesratedatetype

This setting will override the booking type for direct bookings via the booking engine set for the property.

You can set special rules for daily prices:

• Blackout period -no new bookings accepted
• No Deposit - automatic confirmed booking with no deposit
• Request Only - booking to be confirmed manually

If you want to collect credit card number for security you can set the details in Normal Bookings or Near Term Bookings in (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE.

• Request CC - request only with Credit Card collection
• Collect CC - number collected but not charged

If you want to collect a deposit Payment you can define two different deposit options. You can set the amounts under (SETTINGS) BOOKING ENGINE > DEPOSIT COLLECTION DIRECT BOOKINGS

• Deposit Collection 1
• Deposit Collection 2

You have the option to collect a percentage or a fixed amount.
