Beds24 offers following payment options which can be set under the booking rules settings. Note that booking rules for rates will override rules for rooms and booking rules for rooms will override property booking rules. Different booking rules can be set for different periods, last minute bookings, rooms, offers etc.

• Credit card collection without processing.

To use this option select either of the Request CC or Collect CC booking rules. This option is not PCI DSS compliant.

• Payment to a PCI DSS complient gateway.

To use this option select either the Deposit Collection 1 or Deposit Collection 2 booking rules. Each of Deposit Collection 1 and Deposit Collection 2 can collect different deposit amounts. Bookings where the payment does not complete can be set to either cancelled or on-request status.

Enable one or more of our payment gateways. You will need an account at the payment gateway and follow the instructions provided for each gateway. We charge a small fee per transaction and the payment gateway will most likely also charge you fees, please contact the payment gateway for details of their fees and charges.
