Prices for OTAs

This page explains how to set up prices for OTA`s

For many channels you can add multiplier to your prices, for example because the channel requires a different currency to your Beds24 currency, add a * followed by the multiplier number to your property code. (Hotel id)

Example: a property code setting 123456*12.34 will multiply all prices by 12.34 sent for hotel id 123456.

Please check the instructions for the channel if this feature is supported (click on HELP in the top right in the channel page in the control panel). If the instructions do not mention the option to add a multiplier please send us a support ticket and we will see if we can add it.

Rates

Where a rate is used is defined on the "Channels" tab of the rate.

• To use the same rate on Beds24 and the channels tick Beds24 and the channels you use.
• To use a rate only on a channel untick Beds24 and make sure the channels are ticked where you want to use the rate
• To use a rate only on Beds24 untick the channels and make sure Beds24 is ticked

Export Price This rate will only be available on the enabled channels, it is not available for bookings from your own web site.

• The export price replaces the "Room Price"
• To use this function set "Use Export Price"
