Pay for your account

To make a payment to Beds24 go to Settings -> Account -> Payment .

Charges are for access to the Beds24 system and software. You pay no charges or commissions for reservations made using beds24. Guests are never charged any fees by beds24.com for using the system. It is a requirement for using Beds24.com is that your account stays in positiv credit. We ask customers in the EU to provive us with their valid VAT Numer. For customers based in the EU who do not provide us with their valid VAT numer 19% VAT will be added.

The payment period and currency selectors calculate the estimated amount of credit required based on your current setup. If you change your setup or incur extra charges your credit will be used accordingly. If you make a payment in another currency this will be converted to US dollars at the displayed rate and then applied to your account.

All payments to Beds24.com are non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be used for Beds24.com services.

We accept payment by credit card or PayPal. You decide how much you would like to pay at any time but remember payments for less than 12 months in advance incur a processing charge.

You can see your payments and generate and download your invoice under Settings -> Account -> Invoice
