1 General Information

Smartpricing is a software solution that offers dynamic pricing and revenue management tools for the hospitality industry. It utilizes algorithms and data analysis to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue for hotels and other accommodation providers.

To use this integration you need to have an account with Smartpricing

The connections is maintained by Smartpricing. If you have problems or need further information please contact Smartpricing support.

2 Capabilities

Smartpricing sends one price per day and can send a minimum stay.

3 Setup

To use the connection you need to allow API access which will allow Smartpricing to import your properties and bookings from Beds24.

Step 1. Allow API access

1. Go to (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > ACCOUNT ACCESS.
2. Enter a 16 character API key into the API Key field. (You choose the APIKey. Create a random code, any combination of letters/numbers)
3. Set 'API Key Access' = 'allow any IP'
4. Set 'Allow Writes' = No
5. Set Property Access = 'Owned or linked to this account'
6. SAVE.

Step 2. Set your property keys

1. Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS.
2. Add a 'propKey' your propKey should be at least 16 characters or longer and unique (you can not use the same key more than once)
3. SAVE

4 How it works

Smartpricing will read the reservation historical data from the property.

Smartpricing will import the bookings every hour and send the prices, when they change.
