This page is about the menu (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > AA TRAVEL and explains how the connection with AA Travel works and how to set it up.
Capabilities
Beds24.com can export inventory and import bookings with AAtravel. For details please click here
What you will need:
- your AAtravel username
- your AAtravel pasword
- the AAtravel room code for each room you want to synchronise.
Limitations
Prices are not exported, you must set them directly at AAtravel.co.nz
Modifications or cancellations to bookings are not imported, you must enter these manually
Setup
AAtravel: Sign into your account and go to the edit allocations & rates page. In your browser open the page source (view page source) of this page and search for select name="room_id" You will see a list of your rooms and the room code is the number in the value= section without the quotes. Alternatively contact Beds24 for help obtaining these details.
