1 Capabilities

• Beds24.com can export inventory.
• Beds24.com can import bookings.

2 Limitations

Prices cannot be exported and must be set in the airbnb system. The only amendments to bookings that are already imported are booking cancellation or changes to guest name and email. Bookings cannot be imported if you use the Facebook login option.

3 What you will need

• The Beds24 Calendar URL for each room.

The Beds24 Calendar URL is entered into AirBnB and AirBnB will access your inventory by reading the data at this URL.

The URL is as follows with the roomid number changed to your room id. In the following example the room id is 99999.

Note the room id is your Beds24 room id not your AirBnB room number.

You will find your room id numbers in the Beds24 room setup menus.

The calendar URL will be activated when the inventory checkbox is checked.

• Your Airbnb room number

When you view your listing at AirBnB, the number in the URL is your AirBnB room number.

4 Setup

4.1 Beds24.com

Enable airbnb.com in the channel manager and click save. Then check the Inventory checkbox for each room you want to synchronise and click save again.

Enter your Airbnb password and username. Beds24 cannot support Facebook login.

To import bookings check the Bookings check box and enter the airbnb room number in the corresponding channel manager room code setting.

4.2 Airbnb.com

• Log into airbnb and go to the sync calendars section.
• Use their "calendar import tool".
• Click "Lets Get Started".
• Choose the property or room.
• Click the "Other" calendar source.
• Click "Found It".
• Enter the Beds24 Calendar URL where requested.
