In {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) CHANNEL MANAGER > PROPERTY CONTENT you can set 'Check-in start', 'Check-in end' and 'Check-out end'.
If your you want to *send different times to Airbnb than to other channels*send 25 for check-in starts at a certain time and the end is *send 25 or 26 for check-out*offer flexible set 'Checkcheck-in end' to the same time or earlier than 'Check/check-out you can add this in start' SETTINGS > CHANNEL MANAGER > AIRBNB.COM > SPECIFIC CONTENT "Custom". This will work with all times except for 01 <span style="color:#fe746c;“ >{{#fas:00 exclamation-triangle}} </span> Airbnb requires at least two hours between check-in start and 02:00 check-in the morning.end

For house rules you can optionally add a textual description. The house rules plus (if you want to send) their descriptions can be entered in SETTINGS-> CHANNEL MANAGER-> AIRBNB.COM-> SPECIFIC CONTENT "Custom".
