Airbnb enables rate plans  at the host account level. If a host wants to use rate plans, they must use rate plans for all of their listings. If you set one listing to use rate plans Airbnb will change the calendar view for all listings in the Airbnb account to a "Grid" view.

1. '''Per Occupancy Pricing (OBP)'''  RECOMMENDED - If your Booking.com Rate Type is Per Occupancy Pricing a price for each occupancy defined in Beds24 can be sent. Set the Booking.com Rate Type to '''Occupancy'''.

You can create up to 10 rate plans which can be used for all listings in the Airbnb account.

2. '''Per Day Pricing (Standard)''' -  If your Booking.com Rate Type is "Per Day Pricing / Standard" you will need a price for the maximum room occupancy.  If you want to send an additional  "Single" price Booking.com needs to activate the single price option. After this is done you can set the Booking.com Rate Type to '''Per Day Pricing + Single'''.

3.
