*Is your outgoing Email address working? Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS->) ACCOUNT->OUTGOING EMAIL and click on "Send Test Email".
*Is your Auto Action set to send automatically?
*Is the guests Email address valid ("Mails" tab of the booking)?
