If you have a custom question with a 'Tick box' for example, they want a late checkin.
Setup the custom question in {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) Properties PROPERTIES -> Booking Questions BOOKING QUESTIONS -> Custom Questions CUSTOM QUESTIONS -> Custom question 1, set with TYPE = Tick Box.
