You can change the settings and click on REFRESH for a preview. When you are happy with the design click on GET CODE. Copy the code to where you want to display the widget in the websites source code.
If you want to use different language that then default language you are using you can set the following code into the script:
<input type='hidden' name='lang' value='de'> for the German language
<input type='hidden' name='lang' value='fr'> for the French language
