If you want A sub account with the role "Agent" can access to restrict access so the agent CALENDAR only. He can only see their add and manage own bookings you need if he as write access to use a virtual property 1. Copy the property in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES to use it Bookings from other sources only show as virtual property. 2. Go to SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS->DEPENDENCIES. 3. Choose the virtual room and set “Requires availability” = the corresponding room in the "real" property. 3. Go to SUBACCOUNT->MANAGE ACCOUNT and click on "Manage Property" for the virtual property. In "Make Property Available in Multiple Accounts" set the virtual property to be available in the agent sub accountblocked dates.
In SUB ACCOUNTS you can create log ins with full or restricted access for agents.
