This page gives an overview on the integration with Airbnb
Beds24 provides a certified 2-way API integration which offers you many additional features and functions which will make working with Airbnb easy for you.
To use the connection you need an account with Airbnb.

1 Connect Airbnb accounts
You can connect one or multiple Airbnb accounts to one Beds24 account.

2 Import listings from Airbnb
You can import listings from Airbnb instead of setting them up manually. Listings can be imported as new property or as a room in a property which already exists in Beds24.

3 Connect existing listings on Airbnb
If you already have listings in Airbnb you can map your rooms and rates so Beds24 can:
- send inventory (available rooms)
- send minimum stay
- send maximum stay
- send closed to arrival and closed to departure
- send prices if required with a multiplier to mark prices up or down
- import bookings, modifications to bookings and cancellations

4 Create new listings on Airbnb
Beds24 can push rooms with content, photos, amenities, prices and availability to Airbnb.

5 Send and receive messages
You can get communicate with Airbnb guest directly from Beds24.

6 Manage reviews
After the guest has checked-out, you can send the review to Airbnb via the "Mail & Actions" tab in the booking in Beds24.
If a guest sends you a review, you can also view it in Beds24 via the "Mail & Actions" tab and send the guest a reply from there.
7 Create an Airbnb account
If you do not yet have an Airbnb account you can create one from Beds24.
