8. Payment Request Confirmation Message (SETTINGS-> PROPERTIES-> PAYMENT COLLECTION)
If you have set "Non Payment Booking Status" = Request in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->PAYMENT COLLECTION the system may send out two confirmations. One as soon as the guest clicks "Confirm Booking" to confirm their request and a second one containing the payment instruction message after the payment option has been selected (if it is a payment option with an instruction like offlne offline payments).
If you do not want to send two confirmation messages set Non Payment Booking Status" = Cancelled.
