8. Payment Request Confirmation Message (SETTINGS-> PROPERTIES-> PAYMENT COLLECTION)
If you have set "Non Payment Booking Status" = Request in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->PAYMENT COLLECTION the confirmation message will be sent after the guest clicked "Confirm Booking" (before they paid).  If the guest choose "offline payment", "custom gateway" or credit card collection Depending the payment method the the system may send out two confirmations. One The first confirmation message is sent out as soon as the guest clicks "Confirm Booking" to confirm their request and a . A second one message containing the payment instruction message after the payment option has been selected (will be sent if it is a payment option with an instruction like offline payments)for this method is entered in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->PAYMENT COLLECTION->OFFLINE PAYMENT/CREDIT CARD after the guest entered their details or clicked continue.
If you do not want to send two confirmation messages set Non Payment Booking Status" = Cancelled.
