The dashboard gives you an overview of your account at a glance. You can see your latest bookings, upcoming arrivals and departures.

To view details or edit doubleclick on the booking.

1 Dashboard 2

Dashboard 2 is fully customisable. You can choose which content to display, where to display it and set the size of each widget on the dashboard.

To customise the dashboard click on the hamburger menu on the right and tick "Unlock".

This video explains how to customise the dashboard.

You can:

1.1 Add modules

You can add widgets from the selection in the drop down menu. Choose from:

• Custom Reports

To set them up go to REPORTS->CUSTOM REPORTS.

You have the option to select one or properties (if you have multiple).

To change the settings click on the sandwich menu right above the widgets and click "Unlock".

• Graphs

You have the option to select one or properties (if you have multiple) and the period you want to see.

To change the settings click on the sandwich menu right above the widgets and click "Unlock".

• Potential Issues

Issues with your set up which you should address to avoid problems.

• Standard Reports

You have the option to select one or properties (if you have multiple) and the period you want to see.

To change the settings click on the sandwich menu right above the widgets and click "Unlock".

• Statistics'

For most Statistics you can change the period you want to see. To change the period click on the sandwich menu right above the widgets and click "Unlock".

• Widgets

These are the widgets from dashboard 1 plus some new additions.

1.2 Arrange modules

• Drag and drop widgets to position them where you want.
• Resize widgets

1.3 Remove modules

Remove Widgets by clicking into the right menu of the element and then on "Remove Widget".

1.4 Choose to see one property or all

If you have multiple properties you can choose to show one widget for each property.

1.5 Set up multiple dashboards

If required you can set up multiple screens for example for desktop and mobile view.

Make sure you lock the screen when you are done by clicking  "Unlock" again to avoid accidental changes.
