Additional rooms can be added in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES->ROOMS. A room can have the quantity of 1 unit or more. If the quantity is more than one unit it the term room type is used. By default these are numbered but you have the option to assign a specific name to each unit. '''Unit Status''' In the CALENDAR you have the option to add a note to a unit or a status value. Preset unit status values can be defined in SETTINGS->ACCOUNT->PREFERENCES. Note that only the account owning a property can change the status. Rooms can but do not need to represent physical rooms, they are a way of splitting your property into separately bookable sections.
A room can either be an individual room with the quantity of 1 unit or a room type with multiple units. If the quantity is more than one unit the term room type is used.
If you renting your property as a whole you still need to define one room which in your case represents your complete property.
