* Create the virtual room by making a copy of the real room at the SETTINGS >> PROPERTIES >> ROOMS menu.* In SETTINGS >> PROPERTIES >> ROOMS >> SETUP >> AVAILABILITY set the sell priority of the virtual room to "hidden" so it is not shown on your Beds24 booking page.* In SETTINGS >> PROPERTIES >> ROOMS >> SETUP >> DEPENDENCIES set that the virtual room is dependent on the real room.* In SETTINGS >> PROPERTIES >> ROOMS >> SETUP >> ASSIGN BOOKINGS set that bookings for the virtual room should be assigned to the real room.
