You are only four quick steps away from accepting online bookings:
Step 1
Click on "Settings" in the top menu bar.
Fill in:
- Admin Info
- Property Info
- Room Info
- If you have more than one room type add another room
- Add at least one rate per room
Step 2
Check your booking page.
Step 3
Click on "Widgets" in the left menu. Choose the widget you want to use. If required you can customise the appearance.

Step 4
Test everything is working and your done.
Congratulations! You are now receiving online bookings.
Once the setup is completed Properties shows you each property with its rooms and the next booking coming up for each. New online bookings will be added automatically. You can also enter new bookings manually.
Setting up your Beds24.com account is free if you do it yourself. We can do the setup for you for a small one off fee starting from $19. Technical support for you or your webdesigner to integrate the availability calendars and booking widgets into your website is free. Upon request we can do this for you as well. Please contact us.
Languages
Beds24.com offers a mulitlingual booking page. To give your guests the option to book in their own language go to Acoount -> Languages and tick the languages you want to use. Make sure you enter all information also in the selected language.
Bookings
If you already have bookings you can add them going to Bookings in the top menu so these dates are set as unavailable in the Beds24.com system. Alternatively you can go to Calendar and black out the dates in the override dates view under Calendar.
Refined Settings
If you want to set refined Booking Rules, Rates, Prices, Discounts, Upsell Items, [use [[Deposit Collection through Paypal collect Credit Card choose from the menu on the left.
