Expedia will then send you an email with your EQC username and password and hotel id. Note that your EQC username and password are not the same as your Expedia extranet login

Since Expedia stopped resending passwords to customers directly password resets are very time consuming. If your password is not working will then send us a support ticket and explain the problem. If required we will request a password reset. If you request an email in which you can also see which Pricing Model you own password reset with Expedia we will need to charge a fee of €15.00 to cover our administrative costsare using.
