Then go to ROOMS -> SETUP - ASSIGN BOOKINGS Scroll open AVAILABILITY and set ''Unit AllocationMaximum Booking Length'' to "One per Guest". ''Single Day Activity'Maximum Nights'' sets the maximum period a booking will be accepted. If "Maximum Nights" is set to Activity so the departure date is not collected and the wording of the booking form is changed to represent booking an event or day activity rather than an accommodation.Also set ''Collect Number of Guests'' to ''No'' Open ASSIGN BOOKINGS and set ''Unit Allocation'' to "One per Guest".
Then go to ROOMS -> SETUP - AVAILABILITY and set ''Maximum Booking Length'' to ''Single Day Activity'' and ''Collect Number of Guests'' to ''No''

Go to ROOMS click on EDIT, enter the name (e.g. Day Trip, Car...) and set the "Quantity" to the number places or items you have.
Go to SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> ROOMS and change Unit Type to the activity you are selling.
