== Offer extra services with the accommodation booking ==
Select whether the item is optional or obligatory. Obligatory items will be automatically added to the booking and cannot be removed by the guest. An example would be an end of stay cleaning charge or a tax. Optional items can be selected by the guest with their booking.
In RATES the prices optional Upsell items can be enabled/disabled for individual ratesprices. When a booking is made only those optional Upsell items enabled for any rate price involved in the booking will be offered to the guest.
If a combination of Daily Prices and Rates Fixed Prices is offered used then all activated Upsell items will be offered.
Compulsory Upsell items are always enabled and cannot be disabled by a rateprice.

Go to PRICES ->RATES*add a rate price and set a "Single Price" and an "Extra Person" price.
For the display in the control panel :-
Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > PREFERENCES > CONTROL PANEL CALENDAR > CALENDAR STYPE STYLE > CALENDAR = Booked Units
Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) ACCOUNT > PREFERENCES > BOOKINGS > SHOW BOOKING END DATE = Last Night
Go to PRICES -> DAILY PRICE SETUPRULES, add a Daily Price - Price For = Per Person.
Go to CALENDAR and set the per price person for each date it applies.
