2. Go to SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->GOOGLE HOTEL ADS and set 'Sycnchronise' = Notify so Google can map you.

By default the booking page is opened when a guest click to book on Google. If you want the booking to take place on your embedded booking page on your web site you can set a "Booking Redirect" to this page in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->LINK.
NOTE: You can not use any other site on your website than then one with your booking page embedded.
The rooms you are sending to Google (most economic double room) sell priority in SETTINGS-PROPERTIES-ROOMS-SETUP should be set to highest so it is at the top of the booking page
