Also open your Google Business listing and check that this information matches exactly the information in your Google businnes listing. If you do not yet have one set one up.
3. Go to SETTINGS->CHANNEL MANAGER->GOOGLE HOTEL ADS and set 'Notify' = Notify so Google can match you.
