*The easiest is to use a filter rule on your own mail system to auto forward the mails to multiple people
*Set up Auto Action Emails in SETTINGS->GUEST MANAGEMENT->AUTO ACTIONS

Check your spam folder if they are not there you might need to have Beds24 added to your white list of Email address which do not get blocked. Your Email providers help should tell you how to do this.
