Check your spam folder if they are not there you might need to have Beds24 added to your white list of Email address which do not get blocked. Your Email providers help should tell you how to do this.

Some carriers require us to send SMSs from an "Alphanumeric Sender ID" instead of a phone number. This means SMSs will be displayed as coming from a name instead of a phone number. If you are having issues where some recipients are unable to receive your SMSs, or if you would simply prefer to use a Sender ID, please contact support with the name you would like to use. Alphanumeric Sender IDs may be up to 11 characters long, and may contain upper and lowercase letters, numbers and spaces.
