After you have uploaded the picture in SETTINGS > BOOKING PAGE > PICTURES click Open and change "Resize file "to the size you want to use.

If the picture is still distorted go to SETTINGS -> BOOKING PAGE -> PAGE DESIGN -> CONTENT and open your HEADER click on Edit. In the Editor click on "Source".
