Only active bookings are exported, cancelled bookings will not appear. The iCal export is public so no personal information is exported. A link in the booking description will open the full booking information in the Beds24 control panel if you are logged in to Beds24.

The Your Calendar program is responsible for routinely updating the calendar, we have no control over how often systems like Google calendar actually perform an update.

*The Beds24 room id numbers. You will find these on Calendar URL as displayed in the channel manager menu for each room description settings page.

The Beds24 Calendar URL is as follows with the roomid number changed to your room id. In the following example calendar will only be activated when the room id booking checkbox is 9999checked.

The password is optional and can be used to change the token value. If anyone accesses the calendar with the wrong token, no personal information will only be activated when available in the booking checkbox is checkedcalendar.
