added 'or the number of real rooms you have.' to set quantity of this type in the Real Room
If necessary add rooms in SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> ROOMS. Go to SETTINGS -> PROPERTIES -> ROOMS -> SETUP and
*Set "Quantity of This Type" to "1"or the number of real rooms you have.
*Enter the number of Guests
*Set "Sell Priority" to "Hide Room". If you are hiding rooms you will need to adjust your overbooking protection in SETTINGS->PROPERTIES->ROOMS ->SETUP. For instructions please see the context help next to the setting.
