Jervis Systems provide smart device automation for users for short term Yacan is a system that reads the booking and long term rental properties. They offer access automation with smart send data to our locks by configuring PIN code access for reservations automatically and removing them when complete. They also offer smart device automation with thermostats , so the clients can manage their bookings from Beds24 and sensors (noise sensors, occupancy, etc.)booking's codes from Yacan system.
For additional information please refer =How it works=Yacan will import your bookings every 30 minutes. Once these reservations have been imported into our system, they will be updated in Beds24, establishing the SmartLock code and the link to Jervis Systems instructions [https:open it in the "Info//blogcodes" section of the reservation details.jervis.systems/how-The user can then email the access details from the booking to-connect-beds24/ here]the guest.
=Auto Check-in=When the guest first opens the lock Jervis Systems will send the info code CHECKIN which will be added to the "Info" tab of the bookingFor further details please contact Yacan support.
