Jervis Systems
This page is about the integration with Jervis Systems
To use this integration you need to have an account with Jervis Systems.
1 General Information
Jervis Systems provide smart device automation for users for short term and long term rental properties. They offer access automation with smart locks by configuring PIN code access for reservations automatically and removing them when complete.
They also offer smart device automation with thermostats and sensors (noise sensors, occupancy, etc.).
2 Setup
Step 1: Generate Generate Invite Token
- Visit this Beds24 URL: https://beds24.com/control3.php?pagetype=apiv2
- Click on "Generate invite code" button
- Select all options under READ AND WRITE
- Click on Generate invite code button
Step 2: Add the new booking code to save the pin code
- Go to (SETTINGS) ACCONT > PREFERENCES
- Add "JERVIS_LOCK_PIN" in Booking "Info Code Values"
- Click on the SAVE button
Step 3: Set the Webhook URL
- Go to Go to (SETTINGS) PROPERTIES > ACCESS
- Paste the Jervis Systems Webhook URL provided above into the setting "Booking Webhook" URL
- Leave all other fields blank and click on the SAVE button.
- Repeat steps 1-3 for all other properties you want to connect
Step 4: Send pin code to your guests
- The [BOOKINGINFOCODETEXT:JERVIS_LOCK_PIN] template variable will add the pin code
- Create an Auto Action in (SETTINGS) GUEST MANAGEMENT > AUTO ACTION with the [BOOKINGINFOCODETEXT:JERVIS_LOCK_PIN] template variable.
3 Auto Check-in
When the guest first opens the lock Jervis systems will send the info code CHECKIN which will be added to the "Info" tab of the booking.
