*Log into Mailchimp .
*Go to ACCOUNT-EXTRAS-API KEYS and create an API Key.
*Go to LISTSAUDIENCE->MANAGE AUDIENCE->SETTINGS-LIST NAME & DEFAULTS and get the list "unique ID " of the list audience you want to send to.*Connect the Beds24 App to your scenario and enter the apiKey you created and the Beds24 Property Id.*Select the trigger "watch bookings" and map the data into your scenario as you require.

Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS) GUEST MANAGEMENT > AUTO ACTIONS*Set up an Auto Action (SETTINGS-GUEST MANAGEMENT-AUTO ACTIONS) which selects to select the bookings which will be sent to Mailchimp. Set "Trigger Action" = automatic. Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS)APPS & INTEGRATION > MAILCHIMP*Select the auto action id from the drop down list - Auto Action which you want to use for Mailchimp.specify bookings to send
*Enter the Mailchimp API key
*Enter the Mailchimp list ID(without the . at the end)
*Tick the rooms for which you want to send bookings. Only bookings from rooms enabled for Mailchimp and which meet the trigger conditions in the Auto Action will be sent.

== How it works ==
Bookings are sent from Beds24 to Mailchimp when the room is enabled , the booking has an email address and the booking meets the trigger condition in the selected auto action. If the Email address changes you will need to update it manualy in Mailchimp. == Data ==The booking data sent to Mailchimp is:*email address*first name*last name*booking ID*guest language (when a 2 character language code is defined)
