Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS-) GUEST MANAGEMENT-> AUTO ACTIONS
*Set up an Auto Action to select the bookings which will be sent to Mailchimp. Set "Trigger Action" = automatic.
Go to {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS-> )APPS & INTEGRATION -> MAILCHIMP)
*Select the auto action id from the drop down list - Auto Action to specify bookings to send
*Enter the Mailchimp API key

In {{#fas:cog}} (SETTINGS->) PROPERTIES->BOOKING QUESTIONS you can add a custom booking questions (compulsory tick box).
If required you can add a link to your privacy policy
== How it works ==
Bookings are sent from Beds24 to Mailchimp when the room is enabled , the booking has an email address and the booking meets the trigger condition in the selected auto action. If the Email address changes you will need to update it manualy in Mailchimp. == Data ==The booking data sent to Mailchimp is:*email address*first name*last name*booking ID*guest language (when a 2 character language code is defined)
