At the moment you need to can send attachments to guests you can upload them to your web site and insert a link only messages manually. Automatic sending will be possible shortly. </div>
To use templates set up as Auto Actions to reply go to the "Mail & Actions" tab and manually send the Auto Action==VRBO ==You can communicate with VRBO guests directly from Beds24. Airbnb VRBO allows links but does not support HTML so therefore we recommend you will need to add a plain text version to your Auto Actions so you can use it. The reply will be added to the message thread.
The messages will be added to the VRBO reservation message thread.
